I couldn't agree more. Darlows are totally inefficient. I have paid for a fully managed service also and the experience is dreadful. I wouldn't advise anyone to use them. Absolutely appalling communitarian and service ....get very little from their high fees. Don't touch them if you're a landlord. Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing and quite rude people. ...
