Coopers were the immediate choice – at less than half the cost of some of their competitors in the area. It's a HUGE help. And they just generally looked like NICE professional people! (good website too). I told them my budget and a few other requirements (within three miles of my new job, and ideally off a main road). Not only did they respond extremely quickly, but most of the properties chosen were perfect.
After a few really helpful and punctual emails, I met with Ross Lynch at the Coopers office in Uxbridge (everyone was very friendly and chatty when I arrived to the office a bit early) and he spent well over an hour driving me round looking at different flats. Ross was extremely friendly, honest, helpful, funny and very personable, didn't rush me at all, answered all my daft questions, and even drove me back to Uxbridge afterward to catch my train. In the area I've just moved away from, you'd rarely get that much help and you certainly wouldn't have a really nice time as well!
I was just pipped to my first choice flat by another tenant but in hindsight, my second choice is probably even better. Ross kept me updated during the process of negotiation with the landlords and also took the time to let me come back a week later and check out my new flat again, liaising with the landlord so we could meet. The landlord has also told me he's really pleased with how Coopers handle things, so it sounds like they have a good balance of catering to both tenants and landlords needs. My previous agency openly brags about ‘putting landlords first' and it really puts you off.
All my paperwork, deposit transferral, inventory etc etc has been sorted out extremely professionally and quickly - they've photographed loads of things in the property for the inventory, which is always useful. On the day of my move Ross arrived bang on time for me to pick the keys up and scan my passport – this took over an hour when I moved last time on an extremely stressful day, but he got me into my new flat within about four minutes!
I also really appreciated Coopers' introduction to TenantShop. They've been super useful in finding a good broadband and power deal for my new flat.
I've only been in my new flat for one evening at the time of writing this review but Ross has called to check things are okay, and he got straight on the case about a minor maintenance issue for me. I'd 100% recommend Coopers to anyone hunting for a new home.
Ross and his colleagues have made an extremely stressful time a lot less stressful than it could have been. They've also saved me a bit of money in the run up to Christmas. Never thought I'd give such a glowing review to a letting agent ;]

After 10 years of renting our property whilst living abroad, we finally feel that our house is in good hands.
Everyone we dealt with was professional, and delivered on the commitments. Ross was our day to day contact was easy to work with - keeping us updated along the way and helping organise small, but important things like having the oven cleaned and waiting at the house for delivery of white goods. Grant gave us good initial advice on rental value and what to do to attract the most appropriate tenants.
We wish we'd found them years ago!!!

Ross did not bother to respond to emails (3 I sent) I then emailed a generic mailbox and was meant by Grant Nicholls who said it wasn't policy to provide requested information then back tracked and advised there was no written policy (which one is it)

Citizens Advice are now involved and assisting me with where I can proceed with this legally because there is nothing in my tenancy nor is the a written policy advising that they are unable to provide details of my rent being paid to them. I find it very difficult to believe that such a large company are not able or do not have access to such details. I pay my rent every month, on the expected day without issues I assume this is applied to my account via a traceable reference therefore should be available on account or at least via a payment schedule? I am however told its not. Having worked in Accounts Payable / Credit Control for several years I know this information is now hard to obtain.

It seems like a excuse not to go the extra mile to help someone clearly already going through hardship as a single mother. I hope if the Partners are reading this they can please assist as really I am not asking for much.

As soon as I received an offer Paige was my point of contact and did an excellent proactive job, chasing buyers and buyers solicitors as needed to keep things moving. Wow! I was dreading having to deal with estate agents to sell my deceased relatives house but I shouldn't have worried. From start to finish everyone I dealt with provided a high quality service that frankly I can't fault in any way. David was knowledgeable, helpful and pragmatic throughout the marketing and viewing stage and he had none of the less desirable qualities that many attribute to estate agents. When the offer was accepted it moved to Paige who kept me totally up to date and nothing seemed like too much trouble. Fabulous in fact. I had also worried about the fact I lived 150 miles away from the property would make things difficult but David and Paige made it of no consequence. If you have a property to sell in the area I would urge you to appoint them.

Paige dealt with the sale and marketing efficiently and avoided any unnecessary input from me, with minimal fuss, just got on with it ! Paige dealt with the sale and marketing efficiently and avoided any unnecessary input from me, with minimal fuss, just got on with it !
Sold flat within about 4 weeks, although somewhat below the marketing price suggested by them which was a disappointment. they also assisted and managed other factors surrounding the flat very well, supporting and working with 3rd parties. would recommend to others, but check the proposed sale price first !

Excellent service, prompt response, acvurate discerption and very professional manners. I called Coopers and told them what I was looking for. Michael arranged multiple viewing only an hour after my call and I found exactly what I needed in West Drayton. The team followed up and was never late answering my calls and emails. I will always consider coopers whenever I need any help finding a flat or even for future investments. Well done Coopers and keep up the good work.
