Shani is the property coordinator based in Cardiff.and deals with all the property gripes and issues for both owners and tenants.
Shani works hard, efficiently and in some ways a challenging environment and is always polite and courteous, even if has got a very disgruntled owner or tenant on the end of the phone!!.. Shame some of her colleagues dont use her as an example in customer care.!!

Since Shani has taken over as property manager I have been very satisfied with the service that I have received- she is incredibly efficient and I have full confidence that my properties are in good hands despite me being out of the country. She has bent over backwards to resolve issues with tenants swiftly and with the minimum of additional costs to myself- thanks Shani and keep up the good work!

Connells Winchester helped us to try to sell my 87 year old Mother's bungalow in Littleton. I would have given you 10 out of 10 all round.
I was really very impressed with the professionalism and the way that you reassured my mother with good counsel at every stage in the process. Connells were both respectful and honest, and made us both feel that her wellbeing was the priority at all times.
When going through a stressful move knowing that someone has your best interests at heart is so important. While Oliver managed to waylay an anxious elderly lady's anxieties he impressed me with your speedy and efficient responses to emails and enquiries.
I cannot recommend their services highly enough and I will do in the future should the opportunity arise.
