Sam and Jasper have been fantastic! Professional, clear, friendly and really speedy replies. I would not hesitate to recommend and I will using them again for both buying and letting as soon I can. We contacted Connells after trying to let our house in Redhill through a small independent letting agent without success. I met the Lettings Manager Steph at the house on the Thursday. I appreciate that there is luck in all this but it could not have gone any better and Steph and her team were very professional throughout. The fee was also very competitive.

The fees are fair. One problem Ive already had with the cooker was sorted out straight away and not over the top in price. I was really impressed.

Within 30 minutes of me calling Connells to rent out my property, (I'd just got the keys to!), Jo Turner was there with prospective tenants in mind, who her colleague had called to arrange them to meet me and see the house the following day. Jo herself is extremely efficient, professional and speedy at getting things done. I was really impressed. I will say exactly the same for Jacqueline as I had things to do with her later. They sent me forms I needed to fill in and told me exactly what I needed to do straight away. I would say they are a great team and highly efficient.

Jacqueline Hyatt from the Maidstone property services division has been an absolute star with helping me arrange maintenance visits and general good advice. This has been my first year as a landlord and I can't praise her highly enough. She is extremely efficient, always gets straight back to me and goes the extra mile to make sure things run smoothly. Wayne was amazing, I'm a first time landlady and he explained the whole process and helped me so much. I rented my flat as I was moving overseas so I had a lot of other things on my plate, this was no problem and Wayne took care of everything - he even provided the forms for me to submit to the inland revenue to prevent me having to pay tax in the UK. Wayne advised me on the monthly rental value of my flat (more than I thought) and found me a tenant in less than a week who is paying the full asking price. I couldn't be happier with the service I received, I wish everything was as hassle free as letting my property!
