Fees were OK at 1%, but in retrospect a simple sale like mine could have been done more appropriately at say 0.75%. I did take an enhanced service offering a client discount for using the agents financial services, in retrospect I do not think that was necessary for my buyer but it cost me a discount in sale price.

I can confirm that the service that I received by Jack Goodacre at connells in bedford was absolutely horrendous...1 star is far too generous Jack operates with a lack of honesty, integrity & professionalism & creates a bad reputation for all other estate agency professional. ...
