We are sorry you are not satisfied with the outcome, we too are disappointed that we could not make it work on this occasion. However, unfortunately, as we had explained, the vendor made the decision to withdraw from the transaction and that they would not be re marketing the property.
All offers made by you were put forward the same day you made them, at which you have all copies in letter form by email which are date stamped.
