I agreed 1.25% if an offer was over x-amount..... which it was and which I gladly paid. Because our house sold so quickly (within a week), I'm sure there was a lot of work you would not of had to have done, so maybe this could have been reflected in a slight rebate? Maybe I'll speak to Luke about this next time we move...... lol.....
