Luckily only had short contract. Had to chase up any feedback. No proactive action to sell my property. Despite request to keep me in the loop never had any communication from the agent in the last eight weeks of the contract, sadly no communication skills....

Following my initial review the agency had the courtesy to speak with me at my home. I now appreciate the errors made were an oversight due to unforseen circumstances. In consequence I feel future customers would be served well and the agency very understanding should their be any issues. As they are approachable and prepared to listen I would now award the 4 stars, no-one is perfect! ...

They should have told me why, in all the many times I asked, there was a delay. Basically they should have been more honest in their dealings with me.
