Further to this review, we got our keys and unfortunately everything went down hill. Choices had no part in checking us in, things were broken and the property was not cleaned well at all. The filth was utterly disgusting and when contacting choices about this we were dissapointed to see that they did not care. Choices charges the most expensive check out services. They charge my tenant and I for the checkout a total sum of £275.00 and they are so inefficient in refunding the tenant's deposit. The person dealing with this is Daniella.

Their fees are ridiculous - charge for increasing the rent, for extending the lease, inventory check in and out (both tenant and landlord had to pay them) I can only tell what I paid as landlord, heavens know what the poor tenant had to pay
