This is nothing to do with our particular agent Stephen, just an opinion on the lettings industry as a whole. It appears that some of the prices charged are well over the top, as with the market so strong all lettings firms know they can get away with it. While we were happy with the service we received, I strongly believe there's no justification for some of the fees tenants like ourselves are forced to pay before even moving in to a new property.
