We recently sold and bought houses with Castles in Crouch End. I have been thoroughly impressed throughout the whole buying and selling process. Abraham provided a fair and accurate evaluation of our house, organised an open day and handled all our sales negotiations faultlessly. He was also extremely supportive and helpful finding us our new home, listening to our preferences and finding us exactly what we were looking for on one of our favourite roads. Abraham and his team have always been available to answer queries and help with any small problems. They are a friendly, welcoming local estate agents, who care about their clients and have excellent knowledge of the Crouch End area. I would highly recommend them.

Sandro was an amazing agent for us, always listening and despite all my questions and extra viewings requested accommodated everything I asked for. The purchase process was pretty smooth and Sandro always kept us in the loop and sorted any issues that were raised. The flat we brought needs works done to it and so we decided to rent locally for 3/6 months whilst works are done, Sandro even negotiated a short term rental in a good property and even got the landlady to agree to our puppy! 5 stars all round! Thank you!

Abraham and his team at Castles are long established and are both popular with locals as well as knowing the area inside out. Staying close to exactly what is going on, Abraham has his finger on the pulse, does exactly what he says he is going do, when he says he going to do it and the other chaps in the office are always also well briefed. He has been really good at diffusing the stressful situations that inevitably occur and definitely goes the extra mile for clients that play a straight and pleasant game. We know that estate agents have a "reputation", but I encourage you to engage honestly and as you would want to be treated, and you will receive this in return. Castles are unsung heroes as far as I am concerned. I have appreciated Abraham's calmness, straight talk, willingness to make time and that he has been completely "on it".

I would highly recommend Castles for their friendly, personal and professional service. Compared to the many other esate agents we dealt with, Castles stood out a mile as being the most pleasant company, and generally a pleasure to deal with (something I don't think I can say about any other agents!). You feel like the team truly get to know you (and you them!) so your time isn't wasted with properties you aren't interested in.

We came to Castles after being thoroughly let down by another agent in the area. Abraham immediately reassured us that he would find us a property that we would want to buy. We were consistently in touch with him and he very quickly learned our tastes and preferences. As such, we were only sent properties that were relevant to us and we built a trusting relationship with his team. We were overwhelmed by the level of support given to us throughout the purchasing process (which we have found can be rather stressful in the current market) and really felt that Abraham and his colleagues had our best interests at heart. The level of service provided has been outstanding and far exceeds the quality of experience we have had with other agents. We have now secured a property that fulfils all of our requirements and we are due to complete in a few weeks. Thank you, Abraham!

He was also helpful on setting a good price and getting a problematic property promptly sold, whereas others tried to excite my interest by inflating the property's potential.
The whole service was efficiently run and effective, and the whole team polite and helpful. They were good at keeping me in touch with what was happening and realistic about the fee they could expect from my sale. The photos of my flat were excellent and presented my admittedly rundown property to best advantage!
My only regret is they do not have a branch in the area I am moving to, as I would happily use them again, if I ever need to move!

We are very grateful to Abraham who was extremely professional….during the job of selling our house. He was patient and persuasive. In the end it wasn't that straightforward and we had some delicate situations to finally complete on the transaction but he handled the situation really well. We had to call him one Sunday and he was really helpful and rang around the purchaser and called us back, and was really understanding. i am very grateful for that. I would rate him very highly. Abraham was excellent.
* Pre-finding the house we bought, he followed our requirements in terms of budget/space/potential/location/school catchment and was clear when it was slightly off requirement.
* He/We went through the potential in the house that we bought, having looked at others that didn't necessarily float our boat.
* He actively communicated with the vendors, surveyors etc and made sure all stayed on track for a speedy trouble free purchase.
* After sales service very good
* All in all - we've had excellent service - so much so that we sold our old house through them too (despite the fact that we had planned to keep it and rent it out).
