I do think All high st agent fees are expensive , but on this occasion I can only say I felt I had value for money , as I felt the team worked very hard on my behalf to get the property sold.

Your lucky mate, I've been waiting for over 5 weeks, then they have the cheek to tell me that another offer has been put in for £1000 more after I have signed the contract. But they held back the mortgage offer I gave them, which should have been given to the solicitors. My bank even confirmed that they gave Jack, a colleague of hers the information.
After 5 weeks, you would know if the banks will give you a mortgage or not! ...
