It was upsetting to find I lost the whole of my first months rent (plus a bit more) to Bradleys, on them sourcing me a tenant. 60% is one thing, but as the monthly rental is not high in my property, it meant a minimum fee, which by the time the VAT was added and the additional set-up fee, left me with nothing.
