Also Carle, the comment left by Kevin Zimmerman below my complaint shows that you cannot take any responsibility for any of your actions. We were in a similar situation to Kevin in fact. Carle makes you come to his office and fixes a time, but surprisingly he'll not be in the office or he's closed. If I hadn't made myself clear in the comment, let me point out that the owner spoke at the property informed of an exchange date that had been confirmed. I highly doubt that an offer was made on the Friday and the exchange date was in place for the Monday. I must also stress that the gentleman didn't once apologise.
