Barnett Richards is an established, successful, dynamic agency specialising in the letting and management of high quality property in Ilford, Newbury Park, Gants Hill, Barkingside, Hainault, Redbridge and surrounding areas.
In 1959 David Barnett let his first property in Elm Park. Barnett Property Services, as we were then named, soon began to grow. Slowly developing over the decades and continuously evolving. In 1995 Jeff Barnett opened a new office in Forest Gate, East London. Our business boomed. A year later our company had become a leading agent in both sales and lettings. We joined forces with Richards financial services. Offering our customers a complete property service. We soon realised that we were a major force to be reckoned with. New offices were quickly opened in Newbury Park,and Goodmayes. We were certainly a market leader. The Market boomed and we became the largest independent letting agency in the area. Of course there have been major market changes and like all successful companies we have continued to change with the times.
In 2011,with the majority of our customers becoming users of our On Line service, we took the huge step to move our head office to Thornwood near Epping (pictured above). It is there, in this prestigious building we run our company. Jeff ensures that all staff continue to follow his father's belief that they should treat every property as if it were their own. Only introducing tenants that they would have live in their own property.
We continue to drive our company forward maintaining the desirable position of being at the forefront of East London and Essex residential letting agents.
