Terrible agency. Not that I was aware at the beginning of it but they were racist and incapable of talking to their customers. I have talked to the bank several times about mortgage advising and they wanted a mortgage in principle which I have given them, the bank said they should not have refused us but they did. I have talked to my lawyer and it has said they should of not refused us. when we put an offer we got accepted got send papers and everything at least they could of done helped us but ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Very unprofessional and uncourteous. Did not have the courtesy and professionalism to keep me informed till the last moment. I wasted my time and effort in dealing with this agency and would recommend caution in dealing with them. I would say Avoid them if possible!Attached Filesnbsp;
