We were well overcharged for a 'light cleaning' but there's no one to complain to - it's sometimes best just to be rid of them.

Fees are quite high compared to others in the Leeds area, but could be a lot more when compared to London etc and they do have good customer service.

What agent could do to change your mind?
the agents have time and time again failed to call me back i have called them over 20 times and they have called me back twice. i have advised them i have had medical issues due to the damp and they have stopped respondingAttached Filesnbsp;
