For the level of work that Nathan undertook the fees were more than reasonable. All tenants are fully referenced and credit checked and contracts drawn up. Everything I need for a 'safer' rental.

I thought the inventory fee was a bit expensive for an unfurnished property, but Andrews wete happy for me to do the inventory myself. Letting fee seemed reasonable. What I did like was that Andrews were very clear up front regarding all their fees.
