Rosie and the team in Lettings and Caitlin and the team in Sales have been excellent over the past few months.

In comparison to my last agents, I have had plenty of contact and updates and everything has been done by the book.

Its a big agency now but even as a small fish I still feel like I've been plenty of assistance and help.

The Sidings
Property was let without any cleaning done whatsoever. Rubbish and other junk was left behind by the previous owner - including carpets full of hair and grim in the bathroom, kitchen etc. During the viewing they swear that cleaners are due to com in. Liars! Once all money was paid, they handed the keys of the same dirty flat - nothing was done!! The issue was raised to agent immediately, but they refused to do any cleaning stating that the flat was let in good condition.
Despite all efforts - we were stuck with it and had to clean the whole property on our expense. Very bitter experience indeed!
Needless to say, the overall condition of the building/flat is poor. Windows are absolutely shot, covered in mould. One of the mattresses springs were literally poking out.
Check - out. Landlord/agent claimed, that we left stuff behind (although those items were landlord's) and that flat required light clean. Pathetic claims that were taken to DPS to get whole deposit back, which eventually we did. So my advice would be film and photograph every corner and crevice of the property, upload to Youtube etc and don't hesitate to raise issues and public them. How they are allowed to operate I have no idea.
Venmore - 0 stars, property management nor customer service is non existing, and they will do anything and everything to charge you or deduct deposit. Be aware and don't rent though them. Will avoid it like a plaque.

Venmore estate agency has zero customer service skills and don't care ... I had to go to the shop to book appointment to view a house I wanted to see as no one would respond to my voice messages , emails or calls. After booking my appointment I had to wait 2 weeks which is fare as I had a appointment .. time pending and had to wait for a text to confirm my time .
Day before my appointment I had no confirmation still so had to chase again !
On the day of my appointment I arrive 10 minutes early no sign which is odd as normally they like to be there early to welcome the customer ?
I called on the time slot to be told traffic might be bad wait 10mins so I did I called again 15minutes after my appointment to be told someone will call me back with a update they didn't .. I wait another 15mins so this is 40minutes after my appointment to be told the person to show me is sick and I should of been cancelled ? So the 3 people I spoke to couldn't of figured this out .. bad from the start to the end !

They deserve to be shut down.
We paid our holding fee in May and moved in in September. Despite this 3-4 months of time to check the apartment , we arrived to a place with soaking wet floors , as the boiler was leaking at an alarming rate, no hot water, no working shower unit , no working oven , glass all over the kitchen floor and no couches. The place was listed as fully furnished and only came with a bed and broken cupboards. The inventory was from 2018 and completely wrong ; alongside the list of issues mentioned, the smoke detector didn't work and clearly hadn't been checked. The boiler cupboard stunk of dampness and there were random pieces of wood riddled with nails strewn about the floor of the cupboard. The pile of glass in the kitchen (that was only noticed because I stood on some!) was the icing on the cake. I was assured by an agent that all would be fixed and we would receive financial compensation for the inconvenience and suffering (and not to mention the fact we couldn't stay for the first few nights with no hot water) but no compensation has been offered and the electrical and plumbing issues were only fixed because I called the companies myself on venmore's behalf. Whenever I phone the office the people who answer have no idea what they're talking about, even my 'property manager' didn't know how to organise an electrician for us despite the fact another agent put me through to her claiming this was her expertise! She was standoffish no where near the level of apologetic that I expected. I have emailed venmore customer service a week ago and have had no response regarding the on going issues or the compensation. I have been lied to on multiple occasions , being told different reasons for the issues depending on who's talking - no professionalism , no accountability and no care for tenants. I can't warn people enough to stay away.

To give this company 1 star is generous. There is not enough space to detail exactly what I went through with them, but I caution all not to rent through them. The house I was living in fell into disrepair, and the first contractors they used blamed me for drying washing inside. This house was full of damp and mould and I had to push for an independent contractor. They then sent the same company 3 times and they all stated the damp was caused by the building work and needed repairing. The property manager, David, never called me back or chased things up for me. He would leave things until the last minute. In the end I had to find a new home. I'm currently trying to get my deposit back which has been another nightmare. They never contacted me about the checkout. I had to contact them. There's has been several delays from there side. The first quote they got they didn't have a breakdown of the charges, so I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to be told they were now unable to contact that contractor and had to go through another contractor. The new quote is for nearly my full deposit. This is despite them assuring me over the phone that they would not increase the deductions. This has been the worst renting experience of my life, abd has caused me enormous stress and anxiety. Avoid like the plague!! I
