I viewed a property (terraced house) with Truuli at Croydon CR0 arranged by Miss AA (Truuli Property Expert) on 11 March 2023. Didn't receive any call asking about the feedback. I emailed, no reply. Emailed through Zoopla, no reply. On 21 March 2023, received a phone call and later received the offer form. Placed an offer and no feedback. Noticed in Zoopla that the property was Sold STC after a few days. On 07 April 2023, noticed the property came back to the market again. Thanks to almighty that I didn't go for this purchase or my offer was not accepted. So unfriendly and demotivated attitude from the Truuli Property Expert (name mentioned above). Wasted my time. This was my second property viewing with Truuli, the first one was unsuccessful as a Squatter came out from the house with a big dog and we were around 10 people waiting to view the property. Couldn't even view the property on 23 July 2022. Why did the property expert invite so many people for viewing the property at the same time?!! Never find any other Estate Agents in the UK!!

After 2 estate agents and no luck I was recommended to Ryan Morgan at Truuli... Ryan was, friendly, transparent and very knowledgeable on both the market and selling homes. If you are buying or selling within the Croydon and want things done with no problems Ryan is the guy! After 3 weeks he had sold my flat in Croydon and this was with a selected amount of viewings. I liked that he was professional, kept me in the loop and always came back to me with feedback. The service didn't stop after we found a buyer, Ryan continued to support and help throughout the process until completion. No hidden fees or promises that couldn't be kept, Ryan will definitely receive repeat business and referrals from myself. Thank you!

I am sure most of us have had previous bad experiences with Estate Agents, but I can genuinely say that Truuli exceeded my expectations. I was apprehensive about working with an estate agent due to the reputation estate agents usually have however working with Leigh made me reassess the assumptions I had about estate agent as he provided brilliant service and had my best interests at heart. I felt he was working with me rather than against me. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
