Seriously, rude people. Photos taken in 1st days of my tenancy,mould hid behind food cuboards in kitchen and Landlord apparently won't do any work on a house full of damp behind kitchen cupboards and in all rooms. They painted over it. Now 2 months in soon as I ask repairs they talk to me like crap landlord won't spend a penny apparently oh and they refused free work to remove the cavity installation that is causing the damp That's an 8k job done free refused. They called the council to saynod be calling them and to slag me off they also tried to obtain my social workers number to sabatarge my fostering application when I refuse to give them the number then they then told me i can have anyone in this house even though theybwas fully aware i was going to foster a child before i paid deposit!! Social will tell me they get a call, and I will be taking legal action. They have already broken gdpr by calling people on my behalf to slag me off and cancel jobs the council were doing free.
I urge you all to make a complaint to the council and the property omnibusman as there are so many people all saying the same as me you read the reviews. Ian, the boss, is useless and won't take complaints unless you do a formal complaint with a 15day reply notice on. If you're living in mould like me, log everything. See the doctor often to check on your health as mould is seriously bad you, and I have 1 lung and all the staff are fully aware of that also.AND MOST IMPORTANTLY
SEEK LEGAL ADVICE
THERES LOADS OF NO WIN NO FEE Solicitors on Google that deal with this situation. Keep everything in emails and take photos weekly or daily of the damage and keep sending it them them to say well we're not going to fix it. You'll need all this court, and your compensation will depend on lots of evidence! Fight the fight and make sure the next family aint stuck in the house like youme when we leave.good luck all. GET.LEGAL.ADVICE

I am a landlord with a number of properties which I have allowed Ian and all his colleagues to manage for me for nearly 7 years.
I would highly recommend Ian and his team as they have never let me down-always listened and dealt with any problems without any fuss and key for me have never had any of my properties vacant.
if you are a landlord and looking for an agent that puts you first then The Property Place is for you........give them a try I promise you will not be disappointed.
Over the years I have had many direct approaches from other agents begging to give them a go........I have no intentions of moving my business to any other agent.......to the contrary Ian and his team are also helping me grow my investment portfolio and I am so grateful for their expert advice on this too.
I cannot thank Ian and his team enough for their good, highly reliable advice as well as their true friendship with me over the years.

Property Place charged me 125 GBP as reference fees for background check etc. No separate Agent Fees was charged. This is reasonable compared to Market trend.

The Property Market is Manchester is quite constraint from contracts being only 6 mths / 1 year duration which is quite impossible in practical sense. I would like government should take it up to improve in such areas to facilitate tenancy.

Went into speak to a chap about renting a property, And I was treated as if I was wasting his time? Absolutely no manners what so ever.
