Very, very dodgy unprofessional company. Have given my partner misinformation and have failed to provide the information requested and required stating 'we can give you the information but we will probably refuse, you need to ask your solicitor'. They also stated they wouldn't be giving us any information without us paying 'upfront of £500+'.After going back and forth they confirmed we didn't actually need the solicitor and that they could just speak to our estate agent who kindly got us the information for surprise surprise - free! The man on the phone was extremely rude and argumentative and we got overall bad vibes from the company. They haven't responded to a single email over the past 2 weeks and rarely answer the phone.
Very dodgy, will be telling all friends/family to avoid!!

they have left me living with silver fish damon mould. no smoke alarm broken fire doors there one of the worse agencies ever !!!! they are now with holding my deposit and stopping me from leaving this property when I have fount a perfectly good property for me and daughter to move into
