The whole team at RNR have been great. I have been a landlord for 5 years and let a flat in Reading through RNR. They have been responsive, proactive and have given my the right guidance when needed. I eventulaly sold my property and they were super helpful in helping me manage the whole process. I would recommend RNR to anyone looking for a good letting agency in Reading.

We have been renting this house in Reading since 2012. Since Allisha joined the RNR Team, we have received excellent support. She is kind, friendly and very professional. She always sends us inspection reminders and replies promptly to our queries. Allisha even called us to see if we were OK when there was a fire in the neighbourhood in December 2021. I can tell that Allisha has been a great addition to the team.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Great agency and really helpful, friendly staff which talked me through the whole process and was flexible with my requirements.
The only estate agent i have ever rented from to send a contractor over the same day whenever i have a issue. My boiler had stopped working one morning and they had a plumber over the same day who sorted it. Always worked with me with regards to access to my property and listened to any request i had.
Reasonable rent for good service and well maintained property.

When we moved in we had a professional clerk do the 'check-in' and he was lovely, We noticed there were a couple of small things which needed fixing and we notified the agency and they sent someone the same! I was really impressed as i thought ok someone will probably come in a few days or next week. Could not be happier with this company being our management agency.

Any enquiries or maintenance has been dealt with the same day.
Really appreciate how understanding they’ve been in this current situation and have been able to help us out which is a huge relief for us especially as we have a baby on the way!
Hopefully we will be able to find a new property with RNR once this tenancy ends as we would love to stay with them!

RNR is managing our rental property since over two years and we are very happy with their fully managed services. RnR have been very forthcoming in handling tenants' concerns proactively and suggesting cost effective solutions with our minimal intervention. Last month was the recent example when they secured a new tenant on-time and they managed to get old tenant's check-out, Professional cleaning and new tenants checked-in done on the same day.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Change the guy receiving the 'Emergency calls' - he is the most arrogant person I've ever spoken to. Massive damage to your image.

The worst agency I've ever dealt with interested ONLY in your money. Last time we waited two weeks for the boiler to be fixed, in the middle of the winter with no hot water. I wander how long it will take them now. Disgrace.
