Kings have been managing my property for over 15 years as I spend much of the year abroad and need a reliable company to oversee day-to-day property management and to deal with tenant requirements. Kings have been responsive to all of my demands for all of that time which has included sourcing maintenance contractors on the occasions when I have not had my own contacts.
