Emma has been an absolute god send throughout our house purchasing journey - one house fallthrough, multiple rejected offers and eventually moving into our first house Emma has been there through it all to offer support and guidance. She has been our constant the past 18 months and we couldn’t have gone through this whole process without her! She is always keeping us updated, is always at the other end of the phone to offer advice and she is someone we can trust fully. Emma has been beyond helpful and knowledgeable. One of the ' top rated' UK companies had previously advised us that, given our complex circumstances, we had no hope of a remortgage. Luckily, a friend who had dealt with Emma recommended her, saying that if there were any hope, Emma would be the person who could help. I think many advisers would have given up, given the back-and-forth requests for extra information requested by the lender. She remained positive and professional, showed genuine empathy for our situation, and proactively solved each hurdle. Without this company, I would now be awaiting a repossession order and a very uncertain future!! Emma was with us on our journey from start to finish. Huge thanks again. Completion today.
