We first met Sammie last year when we put an offer on a house she was selling that unfortunately fell through. However, Sammie understood our brief and dreams of living in the Old Town so kept in touch with other properties as they came on her books, fast forward 6 months later and she presented us with what is now our new home and we couldn't be more grateful!! Sammie is proactive, communicative and just genuinely a lovely person to chat to through what people say is one of the most stressful experiences you'll ever have in life; we would absolutely recommend her services to anyone. Thanks again Sammie!!

Another success story!!! Sammie has done it again!
She has helped us every step of the way, and today, finally we have sold our house and moved onto our next!
Lots to do at our new home, realistically we will not be needing Sammie for some time now (if ever)...
However we must urge people to consider using her if you are looking to move on, like we did!

The best agent I've found is Sammie. Before viewing the property with Sammie, I had seen a lot of others, and not many agents are as willing to take the time and provide the necessary information as Sammie is. When I originally went to see the property, Sammie let me see it, answered all of my questions, and arranged for a second viewing—something that not many agents bother to do. Sammie helped me discover a broker and solicitors during the process of buying my first home. She has done an excellent job of keeping me informed at every turn in the property acquisition process, and when necessary, she has also pursued the matter to expedite the process.
