As first time buyers the housing market can be very daunting. The staff at Peter alan at morriston Swansea have been so so good. Between viewings with Samuel, contact with steph and brief emails with rhiannon they have gone above and beyond to get us viewings during our tight availability, called or emailed with new properties and answered all the scary questions without judgement. Together they clearly work as a dynamic team who care about providing the service a first time buyer needs. We are due to work with their mortgage advisor and solicitors also. I feel confident in knowing that they will get the house we want and with great efficiency and service. In comparison to other este agents in the area that we have tried to arrange viewing with or had questions these guys at the morriston branch have gone the extra mile and by far are top of the list for us. Highly recommend.

We went to view a house today and the service was horrible. I feel so sorry for the home owner as it really puts me off not to buy the property. The biggest mistake we ever made was to go with peter Alan estate agents in Morriston. Not only did one of their agents leave the back door unlocked that led to a break in but it took 14 weeks to finally complete. They have lovely properties presented nicely online. Hence the two stars. Because the rest of the interaction unfortunately failed really badly.
