Having never bought a house before I couldn't have wished for a better agent. Lauren (and Paul) went over and above in their roles to ensure I was informed at every stage not just my sale but the process in general too. I even got a call to check in when there was little to report just to reassure me it was normal. She never failed to get in touch when she said and was kind and attentive in all respects. I genuinely couldn't have hoped for a better agent and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone even considering a sale or purchase.
