From the outset when LesleyAnne came to my house to give me a valuation and with Carmen's support throughout the whole process, everything went very smoothly. I was kept informed on almost a daily basis. Within two days of viewing we decided to go to a closing date and the house was sold within a week. I really appreciated the phone calls that supported all the online information. Both Carmen and LesleyAnne made the process much less stressful me simply by being there to answer any questions.

I recently sold my home in Grangemouth using the services of Pacitti Jones. My initial contact was with Lesley Anne, she cam to do a valuation of the property. She put me at ease with her friendly, helpful approach while keeping her professional approach. I was delighted with the valuation. I also spoke with Louise and she also had the same approach as did the reception staff in the office when i visited. I would also like to mention the solicitor Nicola someone we don't see but works in the legal side. She kept me updated through the whole process, even when she was on holiday she kept me up to date, also E mails well outside normal working hours. She has a level of dedication and provides a service not many do. A big thank you to all concerned, i personally have no problem recommending this company
