We sold a house and purchased a flat in the past month both with Goldin Lemcke. From the outset, Goldin Lemcke have been great. Excellent communication and no flannel. They offered good advice and pertinently when there was an issue very close to completion they were superb liaising with all parties and resolving a last minute hiccup.
I cannot recommend them highly enough. I used them this sale and purchase due to previous experience of using them a house sale in 2021 where I had an excellent experience using them.
