Peter Alan Cardiff My impression of this company is that it is understaffed, disorganised, inconsiderate and extremely discourteous. I made an appointment to view a property, unfortunately it was 80 miles from where I live. I set out on the journey and while on the M4 Peter Alan rang and left a message confirming the viewing. I did not answer the phone or listen to the message because I was driving. They then rang and left another message. When I arrived 20 minutes before the viewing I listened to the message, and saw the text, saying that they had cancelled the viewing. I rang them, they did not answer. I left a message stating I had arrived to view the property and had driven 80 miles to do so. They did not return my call. I rang several more times and left two further, increasingly irritated messages. They never rang me back, making no attempt to explain or apologise. I travelled 160 miles round trip for nothing and they did not even have the grace to apologise. Not only did it cost me time and money, it also lost the vendor a potential sale. Most unimpressive indeed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
