9 ASHCOMBE COURT, LONDON ROAD TW15 3AF* FRAUD!!! UNRELIABLE!!! PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!!! This is fraud estate agents. Do not give your money and trust them. They took holding deposit from me on the 4th of November 2023 and the property was still advertised by them allowing other people to view. I have attached screenshots from 12th Nov 2023 of their property being still advertised. They only got back to me today 15th November when the referencing was completed on 14th November. Now they have given a false reason saying I have failed the referencing as my guarantor doesn’t earn enough when they never mentioned anywhere what the guarantor earning requirements were. My Guarantor earning more than they probably earning. Don’t not trust them. Especially Jorden Guillum !! Eashen vickers was initially the one who showed the property to my mum and never mentioned anything even in person. Right after the viewing kept calling my mum to pay deposit or else we will loose the property. She said my daughter (I) would be calling to do the payment once she gets free at work. They kept ringing her again and again. So I had a doubt and searched the property on RIGHTMOVE and it had said LET AGREED even before I had given the deposit SO I then called to clarify this and they said must been a mistake. Further then I made a payment of £357 after a while he then sends me email saying congratulations we have accepted your offer. Eashen Neither verbally or in writing informed my mum or me about the deposit not being refundable incase the referencing fails or credit checks before making him the payment. Legally all of these should be discussed before you take anyones deposit. They are bunch of liar and fraud. I was foolish to not read the reviews before giving any money to them but I won’t let this pass so easily. I will make sure I get my refund or else I will take legal actions and the reviews here and also I can bring all witnesses who has had similar experiences like mine or even worse. JORDEN GUILLUM IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL HUNG UP ON ME WHILE I WAS IN CONVERSATION TO HER OVER THE PHONE.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
