Sara was particularly quick with responses and was very happy to make those slight adjustments I had asked for she really is a very friendly happy and helpful young woman who is a credit to the company.

Stephen arranged and coordinated upgrades to the property prior listing, all work was completed in a short timescale, to a high standard, at a competitive price. Communication was excellent throughout the process and we were kept fully up to date and involved in strategy decisions. Ultimately, thanks to Stephen's efforts we were able to achieve a good price in a difficult market.

Having had more Edinburgh flat viewings than most I wanted to share that I found James a real breath of fresh air as an agent - usually I prefer seller viewings as you get far more realistic insight and detail.
From the off James treats you like a human, taking on board feedback, along with your priorities. He then advises accordingly and give extra helpful info, rather than a robotic salespitch. He's pretty transparent re offer expectations and as someone who finds Scottish closing dates off-putting this is really appreciated.
James' kind and cheerful courtesy also stands out and much improves the whole viewing experience. Also the property sticks in your mind more.

Cannot fault the process. The photos and brochure created by James looked fantastic and really gave the whole process an excellent boost.
Stephen, who managed the entire process, was flawless. I was away so he organised the work required to get the house up to sale-standard. Feedback from viewings was incredibly detailed. Communication from start to finish was impeccable.
I was always confident I had complete information in order to make decisions along the way, which is exactly what you want. The whole process was more like a guided tour than the stressful journey that is usually associated with selling a house!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
