I have recently rented my apartment through ML Estates. My experience from the point of negotiating the rates working with Leonard, and through out the process of preparing my apartment and identification of tenants partnering with Mark, has been nothing but exceptional. Mark and I worked very closely in ensuring the apartment is in the best light tenants to move in ensuring a pleasant experience. Mark and team are consistently responsive and provide timely communication. As I was travelling Mark’s diligence and support makes a world of a difference. I had a fantastic experience with Mark. From the very beginning, he was friendly and approachable, ensuring the moving process ran smoothly. He was accommodating, working with us to find a suitable viewing time, even though we did not have good availability. Mark's responsiveness was great —every question or concern I had was answered within minutes.
Mark also went above and beyond to assist us with arranging the installation of full fibre broadband in our new flat (before we had moved in). He arranged permissions with the landlord of the flat and of the building, despite not managing the property.
Overall, the service we received was top quality.

Had to follow up a couple of times but Leonard assured me everything was going according to plan. He was also helpful in helping sort out billings and other utilities.

My partner and I recently moved over to London from Australia. We had a very smooth experience enlisting Leonard to help secure a flat despite not having any rental history in the UK. Leonard was very professional, fast to work with and re-assuring with his communication style. We did have to wait a couple of weeks to move in as the flat was being renovated but the whole process was efficient and we feel at home now.
