Rawlinson Gold's service to their customer has been perfect.
James, the senior sales negotiator went far and beyond with the level of support his client; his professionalism speaks through his actions. James managed to get across a sale within the stamp duty deadline even though there was a slim chance so that the buyers would not need to pay extra and be at a disadvantage with the property purchase.
James communication with the solicitors and the brokers gave the sellers and buyer both much assurance whilst the purchase process was happening.

He took his time to show us the property, not once but twice and answered all our questions. He kept us informed throughout the whole process and made it so easy and stress free. We were not aware that he won Best Agent in Harrow award twice already, but all I can say he deserves it big time! Rawlinson Gold (Harrow) are extremely good Estate Agents. Shahzad was a great help from valuing our property to arranging viewings and then keeping us informed throughout the entire process after we had accepted an offer on our house.
James too was professional when taking photos of our house and generally was very helpful and answered our questions.
Both Shahzad and James are very knowledgeable and experienced gentlemen.
We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Rawlinson Gold if anyone is looking to sell their property.

When I put my property on the market last October , I never thought that it take this long. This was mainly due to the first buyers not being honest. We put the house back on the market and within 2 weeks I had 5 offers. Have to say that Shahzad and James are the ultimate professionals & their understanding of the area and market is amazing. Therefore it is easy for me to recommend them to any prospective seller/buyer. Because as stressful as it was at times, they always maintained communication with me on what was going on and delivered what was most important the sale of my property.
