A brilliant team at Salvington Road. The whole process of letting and finding new tenants has been extremely smooth. Any repairs that need doing are sorted out quickly and efficiently, through a good set of contractors. The team are easy to communicate with and always very friendly if I drop in the office.

I have been a landlord eleven years and in that time I used the services of two Worthing Letting Agents. About five years ago I was recommended and then introduced to Julie West the owner of Micawber Lettings, as it was when we first met up. It has since become Bacon Micawber Lettings.
I decided to ask her to look after my Mother’s three properties as I was living and travelling abroad. It was the best business decision I have made. Julie is so good at her job, she knows the market thoroughly and is a very knowledgeable professional and caring person.
Every piece of advice Julie has given me has proved the exact fit whatever was happening at the time with my Mother’s properties.
I have recommended her many times to others and will to do so. I do not know of any other Letting Agent who is more efficient and professional than Julie West, Leanne Munns, Anya Greene, Hayley Scammell and the whole Bacon Letting team.

Bacon and Co have handled my property rental for almost 2 years now and have recently taken on the rental of a 2nd flat for me. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them. They are friendly, professional and totally reliable. All of my questions via email are promptly replied to, with all the information I need and queries solved.
