I'm a tenant soon moving out of one apartment managed by this agency, Lexington Apartments, Railway Terrace SL25GW (15 floors, 100+ apartments). The building has faced serious elevator issues since Nov 2023. At times, residents—including the elderly, children, and those with mobility challenges—have been trapped or forced to climb multiple flights of stairs. Even worse, people, including children, have been trapped in the elevator for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions.
Despite being clearly aware of the issue for months, and after I reminded them about it during viewings for future tenants, the leasing agent still failed to disclose this critical information. I had to directly inform visitors myself.
They are breaching Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations (2008), which requires agents to avoid misleading information and disclose important details that could affect a tenant's decision.
Avoid this agency!!!

Amazing level of service we have had over the years from Nick's team. We bought our investment property a number of years ago and has been in great hands over the years with the property management team. They are always available with any support, maintenance and to find us new tenants.
With the markets changing we had great advice from Nick regarding the sale of this property, and they helped guide us through the whole process to completion. Would highly recommend Flatmans, you will be looked after and not have to worry about anything.
