I contacted Andrew for advice on how to seek possession of my property. Andrew didn’t hesitate to help in relation to what documents to serve to my tenants and explained the court process.
He was very friendly and was on hand to answer any of my queries even after office hours. I would highly recommend this small independent run business if you require any services in relation to letting a property or property management. True experts in their field.

We recently sold a property that we had rented for 12 years. Throughout that time it had always been managed by Andrew and the team at Award. They always ensured it was maintained to the highest standard through careful recruitment of tenants and prompt attention to maintenance issues. When we decided to sell Award was our obvious choice of agent. For various reasons it was a difficult sale, which took a great deal of time, but Andrews’s tenacity prevailed and he met every query with patience and enthusiasm. In the end we got the sale over the line thanks to Andrew’s hard work and persistence.

We have had the privilege of dealing with Andrew for 12 years. He was in the beginning our letting agent. He has always given 100% service always going the extra mile when needed. To start with he was with another company and when he set up Award we moved our properties to him as we were so happy with the service he offered. He also helped us buy a house as well sourcing it and viewing it for us as we lived overseas at the time. Andrew has just sold our house, again offering amazing service going above and beyond to achieve the sale and then get it to completion . Andrew and his team deserve all the awards they get as they the best agent in the area. Jennifer offers fantastic support in the office as do the maintenance.

Our 1st House in the UK was through Award agency.
Every one at the agency were so helpful which made us really feel home away from home.
They are professional and prompt in their respond to our questions (which were many :) ).
As this was our first interaction with a UK agency, we were afraid of any unforeseen or hidden payment/deduction; however, the contract was clear and strait forward: they always provide what they promise.
If we have to name someone in specific, thumb up for Jen and Andrew who are always ready to help!

Never had any issues with them, to be honest i can't say enough good things about them. In a way it was a sad day when we left as have never received such good service from an estate agent in my 20+ years of renting. So i would definitely recommend, other agencies could learn a lot from them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

PUTTING THINGS RIGHT (Our Customer Complaint Policy) As an organisation licensed by the National Approved Letting Scheme (NALS), Award Property Management Ltd aims to provide the highest standards of service to all landlords and tenants, but to ensure that your interests are safeguarded we would wish to address any concerns you have fully and as promptly as possible. If you believe you have a complaint, please write in the first instance to The Property Manager at the address below, giving details of your complaint and the resolution you are seeking: Award Property Management Ltd Compass House Vision Park Chivers Way Histon Cambridge CB24 9AD The complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and then investigated thoroughly in accordance with established “in-house” procedures. A formal written outcome of the complaint will be sent to you within 21 days. If we require longer than this timescale we will advise you in writing and confirm our revised response date. If you remain dissatisfied with the result of the internal investigation, please write to Andrew Ward (Owner & Managing Director) at the above address, who will review the complaint. Following the conclusion of our in-house review we will write to you with a final written statement.
