Excellent service from the Meanwood Office I instructed Cornerstone on the sale of a property for an elderly relative, who passed away during the sales process. We bought our first home from Cornerstone and can’t speak highly enough of the team. We dealt mostly with David who was a massive asset in getting this all through. He just seemed so on top of the whole process, was able to give information when we weren’t hearing a great deal from solicitors, he chased on our behalf at times. The owner James as well periodically checked in to see how we were getting on and to see we needed anything, he even messaged over dimensions of the fridge area so we could buy one ahead of the move in date. All of this culminated in a really seamless house purchase that went through in around 3 months which is really quick from what I’ve seen. Genuinely recommend them so much as our experience with them was wildly different and miles better than a previous house that fell through with another agency. If you end up seeingbuying a property with Cornerstone you know you’re in good hands.

As first time buyers of a flat in Headingley we had a very positive experience with Cornerstone. In particular James Platt provided brilliant service and was clear and communicative throughout the (long and often stressful) process. James provided a really personal, friendly service and was always prompt when responding to emails and calls. We were also kept in the loop with the seller’s progress which helped to give us a realistic idea of the time frame.

Recently had a management change with my rented property from a previous agency to now Cornerstone Properties Leeds.
