Jessica helped us all the way through the sale of our property. From the beginning, she proactively followed up on feedback on house viewings and provided detailed and helpful, insightful feedback. Jessica helped follow up and assist with negotiating the sale of our property in a very professional manner with rhe buyer and we felt that she provided good support all the way through to the latter Solicitors stage and late queries. We found Jessica to be a very polite, assertive, professional and we would highly recommend Balgores because of her!

Throughout the process they were efficient and professional and always friendly and helpful. The team were energetic in getting a buyer and always kept me informed of any developments. Once a buyer had been found, Donna, the sales progressor took over and couldn't have been more helpful and supportive. The sale was not always striaghtforward and I was kept informed and advised when necessary. Without Balgores guidance I am certain the sale would have fallen through.

The team in Upminster - lead by Richard - have been brilliant from start to finish.
Communication is vital - and was excellent throughout the process! We were always kept fully updated without having to chase-up.
Further, everyone in the branch was always aware of the latest situation - there was never a case of being told person "A" was away and only they knew what was happening etc.
The same can be said for Donna in the Hornchurch office - who dealt with everything leading up to exchange and was equally helpful and communicative.

She helped us find just the right house, always there on the phone/email she would get back to us or signpost us in the right direction as soon as contact was made. She knew the sellers well and our needs and we soon found a place we loved. The sale was made simpler as Jessica helped me to ensure that the sellers were ticking all the boxes in terms of paperwork so that the process moved swiftly. Any issues during the sale were ironed out, Jessica was great at getting the right advice for us. At the point of sale and afterwards I have contacted Balgores and Jessica for support as there were some minor issues, these were addressed and sorted quickly.
