What a bunch of scammers, I had a leak in my room for 3 months because they didnt feel like doing their job properly!!! no compensation, nothing, i literally had rain within my room anytime there was a bit of rain outside. Completely useless f*s. Its amazing how these companies have all the leverage and can be useless f*s the whole time (except right up until signing your lease) I guess this review wont matter because you need these pieces of shit/scum no matter what

I never leave bad reviews but I would advise against using this agency. They secretly put a check-out fee into tenancy agreements (hidden in the middle of a long list of tenant responsibilities), never mention it again and then take a chunk of your deposit for the check-out fee. Only email you on their terms and are exceptionally slow to reply to... Read Full Review

They are so freaking terrible, charged me 300+ pounds for my exit for a 19m2 studio, said it was standard cleaning fee but I mean, how many times over did you have to clean a tiny little space to charge me that much?
