Huge thanks to the team at Cooper Beard for the excellent efforts in selling our house. Natalie was exemplary in conducting the viewings, managing negotiations, keeping up communications and even stepping in to help with chasing 3rd parties to get the sale completed when we weren't getting anywhere with them ourselves. Everyone we spoke to at Cooper Beard was very friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation for any property sales.

Glad to report that unlike many negative comments often posed at estate agents , Cooper Beard were excellent from the onset and offered a good customer experience. The main contacts I dealt with were johnathan Hawkins & Natalie Xenophontos and have to say we’re first class and kept me updated on a regular basis throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone considering a professional agent to work on their behalf and would certainly use them again as and if required.

I’d like to thank the Cooper Beard Sales team (Jonathan Hawkins, Natalie Xenophontos, Beth Preston) for their unfailing attentiveness and professionalism throughout the ups and downs of what turned out to be an interminably long 5 month transaction. Even my solicitor remarked on how helpful they were in keeping everyone updated as to where all the parties were, communicating the position and liaising with the other parties in the chain (often several times a week or daily as we neared exchange). Highly recommended.
