I have heard terrible things about RNL property management. I believe the disrepair that Montpellier tenants have faced due to RNL's negligence is totally out of order, including mold and damp that ultimately hospitalised one individual. As I understand it what maintenance has occurred has been carried out in an holey unprofessional manner, with staff turning up unannounced and not using PPE in the midst of the pandemic. Finally, I think that the fact that these grievances have been met with mass eviction notices and ultimately ridiculous rent hikes is disgusting. RNL should be ashamed of their involvement.
