The service we received was excellent, especially that of Louie, who we met on 2 occasions when viewing this property. My husband has trouble getting around on his feet and Louie was so helpful to him, giving us lots of time to look around, we didn't feel pressured or rushed at any point, we were treated with dignity and respect. He was also very knowledgeable finding the answers to everything we asked him with efficiency and a smile, he could not have done more for us both, a truly professional and extremely likable young man, who made us feel at ease right from the very first moment we met with him and I wish to thank him greatly. Well done Barton & Co for a very, very good viewing experience, if only all estate agents could be like this.

I'd had a bad experience with another agent in the past; with Barton & Co it was the complete opposite. They have been absolutely fanstastic. They did everything I asked with the listing, communicated with me the whole time (even when the market was quiet they kept in touch with updates on what they were doing), always on time, always professional, always available to answer my questions even when it was unrelated to my sale. I honestly couldn't praise them enough. The whole team had a role to play but I have to thank Louie especially as I had the most contact with him. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

The Long Stratton had just opened when we decided to put our house on the market, we chose Barton and Co because they were new to Long Stratton and we wanted to support a new local business AND we were not disappointed. From our first contact with Ollie and the ongoing support from Nicola we have been well looked after at every step of the process, from the photographs , the viewing to the offer process and the tracking of the post sale process. First class work from the whole team. If you are thinking of selling in the Long Stratton area then you need to contact Barton and Co and enjoy the first class service on offer.

I approached Barton & Co amongst other local agents to market my grandfathers property after he permanently moved into residential care during the pandemic. But there was a snag.
I live 150 miles away from Norwich and have very little up to date knowledge of the local area, which meant I was reliant on the agent I was selecting having excellent knowledge of the local area and market in addition to being easily accessible on the phone when I needed to speak to someone about the sale.
Barton & Co offered exactly that.
At our initial meeting I was talked through their strategy for selling he property, why they felt this was the right approach to maximise the market value, the costs and how I would be kept informed on the progress. Out of three agents that gave us quotations Barton & Co stood out head an shoulders above the rest in terms of giving a detailed assessment of their strategy, why they felt it would work based on other similar properties sold recently in the area and provided those important customer service guarantees to me.
Boy was a proved right!
The onboarding and marketing process was flawless, viewings and offers came in thick and fast after the property hit all the usual websites and within a couple of weeks I was accepting an offer higher than the price the property was advertised at.
Once we reached conveyancing stages, Barton & Co were proficient at project managing the various parties through the process, the usual and expected snags occurred (outside of Barton & Co's control I might add) which they took in their stride and kept me informed throughout the process.
Most importantly, as promised, everyone I spoke to either on the phone or in person was friendly, professional and wanted to do the very best job they could do for me.
I'm a huge advocate of Barton & Co and would recommend them to anyone looking for an agent to market their property in the Norfolk area - my experience has been excellent throughout.

I wish we had found Barton and co sooner, they provided excellent customer service and care when arranging a rental property for us. It was a breath of fresh air to find Chris, who was such a pleasure to deal with as opposed to some other agents who were patronising and curt, even when just trying to arrange viewings. We’re so glad that we will be dealing with Bartons during our long tenancy, it will make all the difference to our rental experience.

Brilliant Service. It was refreshing to have Tom from Barton & Co. as the letting agent for the property as I have had previous negative experiences from other letting agent companies in the area. Brilliant Service.
It was refreshing to have Tom from Barton & Co. as the letting agent for the property as I have had previous negative experiences from other letting agent companies in the area. Tom was friendly, polite and got back to all my emails within 24 hours, including those regarding return viewings at short notice. This made moving into the new property as stress free as it can be.
I would recommend Barton & Co. as a dependable service and would use them again if I were planning to move.
