This review relates to my experience with the Withington Branch of this chain.
They were polite, professional and very friendly . They made us feel they WANTED to sell our house when I had a bad experience with other agency.
On the day of valuation Seb as a skilled member of the agency, took a good look inside and out side of the house to provide a true detail of the house for interested buyers.
He took care of all viewings, and kept in contact.
Once accepted the Senior Negotiator (Pauline)was absolutely incredible.
She kept in touch throughout.
She was chasing the buyer and his solicitor. Once she realised the buyer's solicitor is slow, she did her best to find another solicitor.
She was responsible and motivated person, and even on the time of illness, she was in contact with me and the buyer.
Finally I must say, after spending 9 months with other agency and waisting my time, I absolutely made the right choice going with this team.
Thanks to all staffs in Whittington Branch
