After a terrible experience with another agency I was nervous about starting the process of selling my flat but Cengiz was knowledgeable and very patient throughout. CKB were quick to find a buyer even in the midst of the pandemic, and kept us informed along the entire journey until completion. The sale was not straight forward, due to issues with cladding and also a change in management company at the final hour. During these times Cengiz wasn’t phased and went above and beyond to push the sale forward - something I doubt that other agents would have continued with with such drive. I have already recommended this agent to a friend and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

I have only good things to say about CKB Estate Agents. Cengiz was the first agent to call me after I filled in an online form that would be forwarded to several local agents. From the very beginning, I found him knowledgeable and personable, and he went out of his way to answer my questions and put me at ease. He always sends follow-up emails covering what we've discussed and remembers to include links and contact information to individuals' and services that he recommends (i.e. mortgage advisers). I found this particularly commendable because so many others I spoke to said they'd follow up and never did. Parveen is also very easy to talk to and efficient at getting things done not only quickly, but correctly too. The process wasn't without hiccups, (no fault on the part of CKB) which is why I know I can trust these guys when it matters most. It is nice to deal with 'real' people who are passionate about what they do.
