Unprofessional and not very close to customers. I rented an apartment through this real estate agency, unfortunately there are big problems in the apartment, I sent emails to notify them and request their assistance for urgent repairs to be done, but they waited months before answering and in any case no one came to repair nothing. I also made an appointment to buy, but I didn't get any response.

The canton branch were absolutely fantastic!! Sofie was amazing in helping to find the perfect property.
