Do not recommend. Would ghost me a week and decline all my calls after I've paid the deposit, and when they call back demand we provide all documentation within half an hour, before we were given receipt the deposit paymentconfirmation of landlord accepting our offeradvert being taken down from websites. (Their renting procedures seems odd and unprofessional compared to some other agencies with less formal documentation, etc.)
In the end after 3 weeks of going back and forth, the application ultimately did not go through (probably because the landlord wanted way higher rent than asking price) and I was honestly very glad about that, because I was so done with both the agency and the landlord. Another formal tenant mentioned that their oven did not get fixed from the time they moved in throughout the entire one year tenancy so yeah make your own judgements lol.
In the end after 3 weeks of going back and forth, the application ultimately did not go through (probably because the landlord wanted way higher rent than asking price) and I was honestly very glad about that, because I was so done with both the agency and the landlord. Overall I like the service I have received, the only thing I am not giving 5 stars was the efficiency providing monthly statements on time. I've been renting a flat with my friends and I personally did not have any issues with the services of the agency. Always helpful and kind staff. Especially Halima is a great listener and really tries to find the perfect solution to a problem. The only two minor things (so why it's only 4 stars for me) are, that sometimes the communication between their team could have been better, because it sometimes felt like I had to explain an issue over and over again. In the end it did not matter tho as the problem got solved anyways. Another negative aspect is that I probably would have wished for more information about how COVID-19 does effect my rental, as it came to some kind of confusion. However Syed definitely tried to help us where he can, to make the best out of this global pandemic. To sum up: A very good agency with minor issues which can be easily solved.
