Harry and his team at the Lower Earley branch made the selling process as smooth as possible. i had to sale my house quickly as I had an onwards purchase waiting. Harry and his team arose to this challenge and the property sold within two weeks. i can’t thank them enough.

I have been with Arins their Letting service just over 2 years now as a landlord. The AST agreement with my current tenants was about to expire by the end of this month. Not only did I buy my property from Arins I have now sold my property with them and it was the best decision I have made. Harry was amazing both times and not only managed to get the asking price for me, the customer service I received from him was outstanding! I really got a personal experience with Harry looking after me. Not only did he keep me updated, he always went out of his way to help anyway he could. He made selling my house so much less stressful and I am very greatful. My after sale with Chrissie was again the best customer service I have ever received. She puts so much effort in making sure everything went smoothly and kept me updated no matter how small. Chrissie is such a lovely lady and helped pushed for my prefered completion date which i am very greatful. I couldn't of wished for a better person to help me through the sale till the end. Arins should be so proud having Harry and Chrissie on their team and I would 100% recommend Arins.

I’ve recently sold and bought property through Arins and my experience was second to none. Harry Hook did a very good job with house valuation, putting house on the market and generally with the initial bits. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! We recently sold our home of 31 years and fortunately made the right decision in choosing Arins to handle the sale. We dealt with Harry Hook (Branch Manager) throughout and he was (and still is) an absolute pleasure to deal with.
He was very proactive and found the most delightful buyers for our property very quickly. The catch was that we had to complete very quickly (at the request of our buyers). By all working together closely we managed to succeed in completing in about seven weeks! This was a testimony to Harry's tenacity and hard work behind the scenes.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry Hook and his team at Arins for any property sales in the area. We're so glad we used them for our sale. Thanks Harry!!
