As a rental tenant, Burn & Warne are far superior to letting agents we have dealt with in the past and the best we’ve found in our local area. The contracting process was seamless and any issues (of which there have been very few) with the property have been picked up pretty swiftly and resolved promptly. The team (especially John!) are friendly and honest - there are no hidden agendas, which is a rare find in the current market. Having been at our property for a couple of years, we’d 100% recommend B&W to anyone looking for a rental property.

We purchased our home through Burn and Warne and the service they provided from start to finish was exemplary. It should have been a straightforward sale however probate issues, lender difficulties and a problematic solicitor within the chain made this trickier and longer than it should have been. Not only did Burn and Warne expertly manage, navigate and coordinate all aspects, they ensured that we got our dream home, kept us updated at all times and did so with good humour and enthusiasm. Their optimism kept us going.

Burn and Warne Complaints Procedure We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter). Stage 1 – Please submit your Complaint in writing to Adrian Bowles, Bank House, 3 Sutton Court Road, Sutton, SM1 4SY or by e mail to: adrian@burnandwarne.co.uk What will happen next? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. We will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter.
